Muyshondt Avila covers all coffee growing regions in the country. All operations are controlled from its headquarters which are located in the capital city, San Salvador. The operations for the San Antonio Mill, El Diamante Mill, and a rented facility in the east of the country, Guadalupe Mill receive support from the San Salvador office.

However, to provide assistance to all producers from the different areas, the company also runs offices in the east at Juayúa, Sonsonate and in the west at Santiago de María, Usulután.
